The learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that an earlier bail application moved by the applicant was rejected by an order dated 28th June 2022 passed by this Court (Coram: Bharati J. Dangre, J.) in Bail Application No. 3463 of 2021. 2.

Although, the Hon'ble Judge is heading a Division Bench, the learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that on 2nd August 2024, the Hon'ble Judge would be sitting singly in the afternoon session to take up such applications. 3.

In view of the above and in the light of the practice direction/notice dated 8th February 2024 issued by the Registrar (Judicial - I), the Registry is directed to list this application before the appropriate Bench.
