By the present Application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 318 of 2022 of 2022 registered with Lonikand Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(N) of Indian Penal Code and under section 4, 5(m)(n), 6 of POCSO Act.

After hearing the matter for some time, Ms. Parulekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant crave leave to withdraw the present Application with Talwalkar
20.BA2659.2024.odt liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, in the event of change in circumstances.
