Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for some time.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the applicant and the submissions made on behalf of the applicant in support of the present bail application, this Court is of the opinion that the respondent - State must file a detailed affidavit alongwith supporting documents. 3.

The respondent - State shall file an affidavit placing on record material which forms part of the charge-sheet, indicating the role of the applicant, his involvement in the alleged offences and also material, if any, showing that the applicant benefited out of the actions attributed to him and Shrikant Malani

The affidavit alongwith copies of all relevant documents shall be placed on record within two weeks from today. 5.
