The Applicant in present case has shown the victim as party Respondent No.2, but the identity and address of the Respondent No.2 is not appropriately concealed. Hence, amendment shall be carried out forthwith to appropriately conceal identity and address of the Respondent No.2.

Thereupon, issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 11th September, 2024 (high on board).
