After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Kiran Gogavale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP, states that the charge is framed on 28th August, 2025, and the prosecution intends to examine only 10 witnesses. The Applicant is in custody from 26th August, 2022.

In these circumstance, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and make an endeavor to conclude the same 17th December 2025 Arya Chavan

In the meantime, if there is no substantial progress in the trial during the next one year, the Applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
