Learned APP submits that though trial has been expedited by an order passed by this Court, the trial could not proceed on account of want of cooperation from the applicant. Learned APP seeks time to place the copies of the Roznama on record and also take instructions regarding the number of witnesses the prosecution proposes to examine.
