The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after filing of the present bail application, along with copy of chargesheet, certain medical reports have come into the possession of the applicant and in that light, the applicant seeks to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court at Dindoshi. 2.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court afresh. 3.

In the light of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
