This is an Application seeking Bail in connection with First Information Report No.86 of 2023 registered with Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi for offences punishable under Sections 366A, 376AB, 376(2)(j) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 9(m) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act').

Considering the indictment and arrest of Applicant under Sections of IPC and POCSO Act and in view of provisions of Section 439 of Cr.P.C., Ms. Ruchika Raj Purohit (Mobile No.7756036246) is appointed to represent and espouse the case of Respondent No.2.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matter to appointed Advocate forthwith in accordance with law to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 through the legal aid. 5.

Copy of Application is handed over by Advocate for Applicant to appointed Advocate for Respondent No.2. Appropriate instructions can be given by Respondent No.2 to the appointed Advocate so that same can be placed before this Court on the next adjourned date.
