The matter is listed for Speaking to Minutes of order dated 18th October 2024. It is stated by learned counsel for Applicant that in the Bail Application, inadvertently the name of Police Station is wrongly stated as Vita Police Station instead of Aatpadi Police Station. Therefore in order dated 18th October 2024 wrong police station is recorded. He therefore seeks leave to amend the the petition and amend the name of Police Station. 2.

Leave to amend the name of Police Station. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Accordingly, order dated 18th October 2024 be corrected in MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.10.24 10:16:58 +0530 following terms. In paragraph no.2, line no.3, the word `Vita' be replaced by word `Aatpadi' and in paragraph no.7(ii), line no.3, the word `Vita' be replaced by word "Aatpadi'.

The corrected order be uploaded again. No other correction is sought in order dated 18th October 2024. The praecipe dated 22nd October 2024 is disposed off.
