This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.371 of 2019 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; Sections 4, 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 37(1)(A) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

Mr. Bansode, learned Advocate would inform the Court to consider long incarceration of 5 years 6 months and 20 days of the Applicant pending trial and persuade the Court to hear the Application for bail.
