The Applicant is in custody since 20th September 2020. Thus, the learned Judge in Special Case No. 202 of 2022, arising out of CR No. 686 of 2020, is requested to make an endeavour to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The Applicant shall cooperate with the expeditious conclusion of the trial and shall not seek adjournments.
