By order dated 2nd August 2024, this Court had directed the Trial Court to expedite the trial and make an endeavor to conclude the same within one year. The said order was passed while deciding Bail Application No. 2800 of 2024 in Sessions Case No. 710 of 2021. The Additional Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Dindoshi, has now requested an extension of nine months.

Considering that this Court, by its order dated 2nd August 2024, had already directed the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude it within a year, and having regard to the reasons mentioned in the said letter, time is extended by a period of six months from today.
