Mr. Mishra seeks leave of the Court to annex the chargesheet to the present Application. Leave granted. Amendment to that effect is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Applicant stands indicted for offences punishable under IPC, POCSO Act, PITA Act & Juvenile Justice Act. Though the notice was issued long back on 02.08.2024, it appears that same has not been served as yet.

Mr. Mishra is directed by this Court to provide a fresh set of papers to the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) in the case directly

Learned APP shall inform the IO to ensure that a responsible lady police officer is deputed and consent of Respondent No. 2 - both the victims / their legal guardian is accordingly obtained for legal representation if they desire Legal Aid and apprise the Court on the next date so that this Court can take further steps to appoint Advocate to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No. 2.

The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.
