Since offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012 are also registered in the present case, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to add the victim as respondent No.2, by way of amendment.

Leave is granted to amend the application to add the victim as respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.2, returnable on 26.08.2024, H.O.B.

Respondent No.2 shall be served through the investigating officer, for which purpose, the applicant shall provide additional set of papers to the investigating officer.
