This case concerns offences under Section 376(2)(n) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC), as the allegation against the applicant is that he sexually exploited the victim on false promise of marriage.

The informant/victim is made party respondent No.2. Hence, issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 25th September 2024 (High on Board).

The respondent No.2 shall be served through the Investigating Officer, for which purpose the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer, within one week from today.
