Considering the indictment of Applicant in an offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC and despite this Court directing issue notice to the Respondent No.2 on 23.08.2024 through Investigating Officer, afresh notice is directed to be issued. 3.

The Investigating Officer is directed to depute a responsible Police Officer to get appropriate instructions from Respondent No.2 as to whether she requires legal representation to espouse her cause and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date upon which this Court shall take further steps to appoint Advocate from the legal aid, if so required.
