2) By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.164 of 2023 registered with Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2013, Section 4/25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.
3) This Court vide order dated 13th August, 2024 granted Bail in Bail Application No.2320 of 2024 to co-accused - Abhishekh Giri. The grounds on which the bail was granted to Abhishekh Giri is equally applicable to the present applicant.

933-BA-2856-24.DOC 4) In that view of the matter since the applicant is entitled for grant of bail on the principles of parity. In the circumstances, though the learned APP is strongly opposing the present application, I am inclined to grant of bail. Accordingly, I pass the following order.
ORDER
i.
The Bail Application is allowed;
ii.
It is directed that the Applicant shall be released on bail in Crime No.164 of 2023 registered with Mhasrul Police Station, Nashik, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2013, Section 4/25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount;
iii The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also not tamper with the evidence; iv.
Liberty is granted to the State to apply cancellation of bail if the applicant commits similar offence.; v.
The Applicant shall attend the trial before the Trial Court regularly on every date unless exempted by the Trial Court for any reason.
