This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.I-170 of 2021 registered with Mahatma Phule Police Station, Kalyan.

After hearing Mr. Dubey, I expressed my mind to him that at this stage I am not inclined to grant the Application. He would request the Court to allow the Applicant to withdraw the Bail Application and file a fresh Bail Application after six months. The request made by Mr. Mr. Dubey stands allowed.
