Heard Mr. Memon, learned Senior Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

I am inclined to consider this Bail Application, even though the Applicant is indicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 for causing death of his wife, on two grounds firstly because of his long incarceration from 15.04.2019 and the slow pace of the trial and secondly Applicant himself having summoned the police pursuant to the incident which occurred on 15.04.2019. 3.

Mr. Memon, learned Senior Advocate would submit that during the Covid period Applicant was released on bail and there is an apprehension that the prosecution may argue that the Applicant has

14.BA.2875.24.doc taken advantage of the said release on bail to argue that he jumped bail for the Applicant has filed a supplementary compilation of 23 pages of the roznama of the Trial Court. He is directed to give a copy of the compilation to the learned APP Ms. Ganapathy in the course of the day for her to examine the same. Copy of the same shall also be placed on record of this Court.
