After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned Counsel for the Anand
928. BA 2885-2024.doc Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. Leave granted.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
In view of disposal of the Bail Application, the Interim Application, being I. A. No. 3990 of 2024 does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.

However, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to apply afresh after receipt of the FSL Report, as regards voice sample. According to him, the voice in the alleged conversation is not of the Applicant. In the circumstances, liberty is granted to the Applicant to apply afresh in the case of changed circumstances or on receipt of the FSL Report.
