This application has been circulated with an office note, pointing out typographical error in the order dated 2nd August 2024, when the bail application was allowed. While the application was for regular bail and it stood allowed, clause (A) of paragraph 9 of the order erroneously starts with the words "In the event, the applicant is arrested". The said words need to be deleted and they shall be replaced with the words "The applicant is granted bail".
