The applicant is accused of hatching a conspiracy with the main assailants. The applicant is deputed at Shahupuri Police Station and the assailants were kept in the lock up of Satara police station. Prosecution claims that is how this applicant came into contact with the main assailants. The two assailants were arrested in the another offence of Satara Taluka police station.
