By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 371 of 2022, registered with Shahupuri Police Station, Satara, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 387, 341, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 4/25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 3(1) (ii), 3(2), 3(4) of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime 1/2

4) In operative Order, Clause No. 'ii' be corrected and read as under:- "ii It is directed that the Applicant shall be released on bail in Crime No. 371 of 2022, registered with Shahupuri Police Station, Satara, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 387, 341, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 4/25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4) of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 and Sections 142, 37(1)(3) read with Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount;"

5) The said corrections be carried out and the corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
