The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, inspite of direction of this Court, the Trial Court has not concluded trial within stipulated period. The Applicant is behind bar more than 6 years. Hence, requested to hear the Bail Application.

Considering the submission's the learned counsel for the Applicant, call report from the concerned Judge why inspite of direction's of this Court the Trial has not completed within stipulated time.
