In view of subsequent developments, i.e., receipt of D.N.A. report and lapse of more than one year from the date of rejection of application for bail by the Sessions Court, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Sessions Court/Trial Court.

Leave granted. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
