Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

While rejecting the earlier application by an order dated 14 March 2024, the Court had noted that the learned Additional Sessions Judge had submitted a report to the effect that the trial was likely to be concluded by the end of June 2024. 3.

Learned Counsel for the parties differ on the point as to on account of whose default the trial could not be concluded. 4.

In the backdrop of the history of multiple bail applications and the peculiar facts of the case, it may be appropriate to call a report from the learned SSP 1/2
