It is true that earlier Bail Application of this Applicant was rejected on 2nd April 2024. Liberty was granted to file the Application again within three (3) months if the trial is not proceeded. The trial is not proceeded. The first informant through his learned Advocate Kishor 1/2

Hence the order :-

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant / Accused Ravi Laxman Jhanjwadia @ Waghri in connection with C. R. No. 235 of 2021 registered with Hill Line Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 376AB of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 of the POCSO Act be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). (iii) The Applicant not to enter Ulhas Nagar Taluka till conclusion of the trial.

(iv) The Applicant to furnish his alternate residential address to the Police and Court.
