Since offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant, issue notice to respondent No.2 (victim) through the investigating officer, returnable on 07.10.2024, High on Board.

The applicant shall serve an additional set of papers to the investigating officer for service upon respondent No.2. 3.

In case the said respondent desires to have legal aid, the High Court Legal Services Committee shall immediately appoint an advocate from its panel to represent the said respondent.
