After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application. Leave granted. 2.
The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
Considering the fact that the Applicant is in jail from the last ten months and further, the mandate of Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, liberty is granted to the Applicant to apply after six months before the trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial.
