Mr. Hule, learned counsel for the applicant submits that although initially offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) was also registered against the applicant, now the investigating authority is pressing for offence only under Section 325 of the IPC. 3.
In view of the aforesaid change in circumstance, the applicant desires to withdraw the present application in order to move a fresh bail application before the Magistrate.

The application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to move the Magistrate with the fresh bail application.

The praecipe is disposed of.
