It appears that the applicant was arrested in October 2018. Considering the nature of the offences alleged to have been committed by the applicant, it is necessary for the Trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. However, the Trial Court shall ensure that the examination of the victim is completed within two months from today.

It shall be open to the applicant to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court after the examination of the victim is completed.

The bail application stands disposed of.
