DATE : 02nd SEPTEMBER, 2024.

P. C. :

1.

During the course of arguments, the learned APP correctly pointed out that since charge-sheet is already filed and the FIR was registered, as far back as on 19.03.2021, it would be in the fitness of things that the copy of the entire charge-sheet is placed on record instead of relying upon only a few portions thereof.

2.

Accordingly, the applicant is directed to place on record copy of the entire charge-sheet in a separate volume, within one week from today. 3.

List the application for further consideration on 23rd September, 2024, "High on Board."
