Mr. Tiwari informs the Court that the trial is almost completed and at present recording of statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') is in progress.

He would therefore persuade the Court to give appropriate direction to the learned Trial Court seized with the case in the present Application seeking bail. The approach of Mr. Tiwari, learned Advocate prima facie appears to be fair.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to dispose of the pending trial as expeditiously
