The applicant has filed two bail applications. BA No.1020 of 2022 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant by Ms. Roshan Singh and BA No.2935 of 2024 is filed by Mr. T.H.Mooman.

Mr. Mooman, learned Counsel for Applicant in BA No.2935 of 2024 seeks time to take instructions as to which of the applications is to be proceeded with as Ms. Roshan Singh has not been appearing in the earlier application.
