After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to allow the bail application, Mr.Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file a fresh bail application after one year, in case the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is accordingly granted with the aforesaid liberty.
