Learned APP submits that on last date the matter was heard for some time and it was adjourned at the instance of learned counsel for the applicant for taking instructions as to how much amount the applicant is willing to deposit.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the earlier advocate for applicant has given no objection and he is not aware as to what transpired on last date. It is submitted that the applicant is not willing to deposit any amount and the application be heard on merits as the child of the applicant is suffering from some medical issue.
