Mr. Khan, learned APP for the State submits that some of the documents which form a charge-sheet, which are relevant for consideration of the present bail application have not been produced in the present paper book. He therefore, requires time to obtain the said documents to peruse the same and thereafter, to make submissions, on the basis of the said documents. He submits that as the subject crime involves contract killing, he would like to prepare thoroughly and thereafter address the Court.
