This is an application for bail.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial is almost over and only investigating officer remained to be examined. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application at this stage. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for five years and ten months, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

Liberty to file a fresh application for bail after three months, if the trial is not concluded by that time.

Bail application is disposed of.
