After considering the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the application be permitted to withdraw with liberty to approach the trial Court after a period of six months, in case there is no progress in the trial. 2.

Though, the matter is of the year 2023, the accused is in custody and accordingly trial Court is expected to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible and by fixing a trial programme. 3.

The application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
