The offence is under Sections 377, 506(2) and 323 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC") and under Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO Act"). The amendment to join the victim is carried out. However, notice is not issued. 2.

Today, the concerned Officer from Shantinagar Police Station is present. Let learned APP give instructions to him to serve the victim about the pendency of this Bail Application. Once the notice is served, either the Advocate appointed by the victim can argue on her behalf or Satish Sangar 1/2
