Heard Mr. Gogavale, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Sonavane, APP for Respondent - State of Maharashtra. 2.

Mr. Gogavale, learned Advocate for Applicant would inform the Court that Applicant is incarcerated in jail for committing offences under Section 8(c) read with Sections 22(c) and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 for possession of 36 grams of Mephedrone which is below the commercial quantity. 3.

Mr. Gogavale would submit that there are two Accused in the matter wherein Accused No.1 has been enlarged on bail on 22.01.2024 by the Trial Court. He produces copy of roznama dated 22.01.2024 which states that Bail Application of Accused No.1 is
