Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicant, Ms. Cheema, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 and Ms. Ganpathy, learned APP for State. Perused the record of the case. 2.

At the outset the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 has been placed before the Court. Facts in the present case are peculiar. Copy of the Section 164 statement be given to the learned Advocate for Applicant who is arguing the Bail Application. 3.

Learned APP shall also give a copy to the learned Advocate for Applicant and learned appointed Advocate for Respondent No.2. On receiving copy of victim's statement recorded under Section 164, both the learned Advocates shall go through the
