Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Since the present case involves offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act also, issue notice to respondent No.2 (First Informant), returnable on 01st October, 2024, "High on Board."

The notice shall be served through the Investigating Officer, for which purpose the applicant shall furnish additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer. In fact, today itself, Mr. Doke, Police Sub Inspector, present in Court, has been handed over an additional set of papers. The same shall be made over to the Investigating Officer for service of notice on respondent No.2, well before the next date of listing. 4.

List on 01st October, 2024, "High on Board."
