The learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the application. The learned counsel, however, submits that having regard to the period of incarceration, the applicant may be granted liberty to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial does not conclude within a reasonable period. 3.

Leave granted.

Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Session Judge seized with Session Case No. 823 of 2023 is requested to make an endeavour to commence and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 6.

In the event the trial is not completed within a period of one year, the applicant shall have the liberty to revive the prayer for bail.
