Ms. Shivani Kondekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, points out to the order dated 16th February, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2932 of 2022. She submits that this Court had specifically directed the Trial Court to frame the charge within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order dated 16th February, 2024. She submits that even as on date, charge is not framed in Special Case No.183 of 2021 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, PanvelRaigad. 2.
Mr. T. G. Khan submits that there is no averment in the Application to the effect that the order dated 16th February, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2932 of 2022 was brought to the notice of the learned Trial Court.

Ms. Shivani Kondekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that though there is no such averment, however she submits that the order dated 16th February, 2024 was placed on the file of the learned Trial Court. She seeks adjournment of two weeks to place on record documents indicating that this order was indeed placed before the learned Trial Court. She seeks time till 4th September, 2025. Not objected to by Ms. Ruju Thakkar, learned Advocate for Respondent and Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State.
