This Court, by order dated 16 February 2024, allowed the applicant to withdraw the bail application and granted liberty to the applicant to apply for bail in the event that the trial is not concluded within one year. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to apply for bail before the Trial Court.

However, since the bail application was filed before this Court, the same is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the Trial Court for bail.
