Mr.Dabke, learned APP, representing the State, has tendered on record the judgment and order dated 17th October, 2025 passed by the Principal District & Sessions Juge, Thane, passed in Sessions Case No.388/2023, wherein, the Applicant, Ashraf Hazrat Ali, was acquitted of the offences alleged. He submits that in view of acquittal order passed by the said Court, nothing survives in the present bail application for further consideration, and the application has thus become 4th November 2025
