Heard Mr. Bhosale, learned Advocate for Applicant in Bail Application No.2354 of 2024; Mr. Mulla, learned Advocate for Applicant in Bail Application No.3020 of 2024 and Mr. Haldankar and Mr. Karmakar, learned APPs for Respondent - State in both Bail Application.

Mr. Haldankar and Mr. Karmakar, learned APPs inform the Court that consent from Respondent No.2 in both Applications for appointment of Advocate through Legal Aid has been received. 4.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to appoint Ms Devyani Kulkarni, Advocate practicing in this Court (Mobile No.9767757637), through the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee of this Court to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 in both Applications forthwith. 5.

The High Court Legal Aid Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matters to appointed Advocate forthwith in accordance with law to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No.2 through the Legal Aid. 6.

As also, learned Advocates for Applicants are directed to serve a copy of the Bail Applications on appointed Appointed. 7.

Appointed Advocate is directed to take instructions from Respondent No.2 and get prepared in the matters. 8.

Investigating Officer is directed to give the number and mobile number of the appointed Advocate to Respondent No.2 / her legal guardian.

Let the above exercise be carried out within a period of one week from today.
