BA 478-2024 (common order).doc Applicants upon they immediately persuade to permit the Applicants to withdraw the present Bail Applications and that leave and liberty is always available to the Applicants who are under trial prisoners. I am informed by Mr. Paranjape, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for Respondent No. 1 - State that charge has not been framed.

Considering the cases before me, I direct the learned trial Court to frame the charge within a period of three months from today and also direct expeditious disposal of the trial. This order shall be communicated to the trial Court to ensure that it is complied with. (MILIND N. JADHAV, J.) Anand
