The learned APP informs this Court that the respondent No.2 has been served, as the offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant. The respondent No.2 has prayed for legal aid. The document tendered by the learned APP, as proof of service on the respondent No.2, is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to appear for respondent No.2. The applicant shall serve an additional set of papers on the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today. 3.
